Not enough people are doing cardio workouts at home. I see so many people everyday and I would have to say that about 9 out of 10 people are out of shape. I know this number may be hard to believe but I think it is true. With all the fast food and high calorie drinks available today it is too easy for people to consume excess calories that they don’t need. They think that drinking a diet soda will help them lose weight. They don’t realize that the coffee that they had earlier with 2 scoops of sugar was about the same amount of calories as a regular soda.
